Is there a minimum order value?

Here at EURAFCO, there is no minimum order value. Within Germany there is merely a charge of 4.50 Euros (incl. 19% VAT) for shipping and handling. Delivery within Germany is free of charge for order values amounting to 75 Euros and up (excluding express shipment).

How much are costs for shipping and handling for shipments abroad?

Please refer to our Shipping Information. Please observe that we can only make deliveries to certain countries and regions via DHL Express or via forwarding agent.

Which payment methods are at my disposal?

We offer the following payment methods in our online shop:

  • PayPal
  • Advance payment via bank transfer
  • Credit card (safe handling via PayPal. No PayPal account required)

Can I make purchases using payment via invoice?

Government agencies and educational institutions within Germany can make purchases via invoice according to our General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment. We supply new customers against advance payment according to our General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment until said agreement is revised. As a matter of principle, we only make deliveries abroad against advance payment.

Do I get an order confirmation?

Normally, you will receive an order confirmation, which we adhere to by delivering. Should there be any variations in this regard (price, type of delivery, for instance for shipments by forwarding agents), we will inform you thereof separately.

Do I have to indicate my telephone number?

Indicating your telephone number is voluntary. However, the indication thereof can be helpful in the event of further enquiries or clarifying possible uncertainties regarding an order. We assure you, that this information is not used for advertising purposes.

How will the merchandise be shipped?

Our logistic partner within Germany is DPD and internationally they are DPD, DHL, DHL Express and various forwarding companies for sea and air freight.

How long do parcels take to be delivered?

Delivery times are specified in the item descriptions. Delivery times may vary by country and region, and also vary depending on the partners of the carrier in the destination country. When ordering products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time specified applies.

I’m ordering from abroad. Which prices apply to me?

  • End users and companies without a valid VAT ID no. within the European Union
    Invoicing includes 19% VAT – VAT is listed separately.
  • Companies with a valid VAT ID no. within the European Union
    invoicing excludes 19% VAT
  • Delivery outside of the European Union
    invoicing excludes 19% VAT

How secure is my order at EURAFCO?

We use TLS encryption technology. This technology prevents anyone from viewing or accessing your personal data during the order process and ensures the highest level of security. This type of encryption is standard on the Internet and is used by all respectable Internet shops.

What is the currency tool used for?

The currency tool is intended to help overseas customers. Time-consuming conversions are avoided and our prices can be compared to local prices more easily. However, the total amount due, which is shown during checkout, is explicitly in Euro. The indication in the foreign currency merely serves informational purposes and amounts indicated in foreign currency only represent approximate values.

How up-to-date are the exchange rates in the currency tool?

Normally, the rates are updated daily and are geared towards the current exchange rates published by the European Central Bank (ECB). They merely serve as approximate values. Invoicing is solely carried out in Euro.
